Having built, and sold, one of Canada’s premier festivals after directing it through a decade of double digit revenue growth, I have an innate ability to look at any event and quickly see its path to increased revenue, audience, sponsorship, reach and social influence.

Great events are a product of intelligent design and planning. I believe in what I call “open design”, a creative envisioning process through which I guide an event’s stakeholders to construct an uncompromising vision of its future. The results are astounding and inspiring, while also aligning the stakeholders for the most impactful economic results. Actioning this exercise, I lay out a step-by-step guide for property owners to elevate their event to the next tier.
